Even when he thought you and I were a thing, he still made it perfectly clear to those who were watching that if by some chance he got a shot, you would be his.”
“I really think you are reading way too much into this.”
“Am I?”

Sage Mayson didn't believe his dad and uncles until he met Kimberly.  BOOM!  He knew she belonged to him from the start.   Misunderstanding, miscues, tragedy, life ....separated them.  Both were wounded and needing to heal.  If they would have just listened to the BOOM things may have moved along quicker. 

It takes some time but Sage is determined to win back Kimberly and put his heart back together.  Another great "epilogue" story as I like to call it.  This series is about the grown children of the original Mayson brothers.  We say them being born and loved as little kiddos.  Their parents are still inserting themselves into their adult lives now.  It's like stepping into a family reunion every time this author gives us something new.  I LOVE it!! 

Great story.  A bit of suspense and some wonderful romance!
