Review

Sawyer Bennett writes books you want to re-read. I have never thought she needed to do anything more but write books. This series in partnership with Bill Keenan is over the top good! I don't know who is writing which part but the whole story is richer with Bill's input. This is the second book and can be read as a stand alone but the first book was so good--why not read them both?

Julian is the owner of the Vipers hockey team. He thinks he has it all. Until Harper happens to be his driver one day and she knocks him sideways with her intuition and straight forward approach to a his business issues. What follows is Harper becoming his exclusive driver and then just HIS.

Harper is a great lead for this story. She knows her mind and always is thinking of how she can support others before her own needs. She goes into this relationship slow moving and waiting for the other shoe to fall. Julian shows her how good they could be together and convinces her she is worth all the pampering he wants to do to her.

Loved the hockey parts of the story. This one is a little more removed form the game than the previous book. Great setting and truly great characters.

I can't wait to see what these two authors bring us next!
