The fifth brother finally gets his HEA!  East has been growly and moody since we met him. He meets Lark and doesn't want to like her but the more time they spend together, that love bug starts biting on him. 

Lark has become a part of the Wilder lady bunch because of her friendship with East's twin brother's fiance Bethany.  She is often seen at the ranch.  When her writing muse disappears, she decides to head to Texas to clear her head. 

East struggles with PTSD and the feeling that he is just not good enough for anyone much less a good woman like Lark. She sets out to set him straight if she can.  We get a bit of tension between these two and some bad mistaken words. Eventually, East realizes what has been rolling around in his heart the whole time. 

Loved seeing the brothers all together again.  I can't wait for baby brother's story. Great lead in with the epilogue!

This is a re-boot by this author of a previously published short story. The story has been extended and the author gives us an angsty yet satisfying second chance romance. You will fall in love with Eric! He is moving to most readers top book boyfriend list. So charming, but very down to earth and realistic. 

That leads me to Anna. I wanted to shake her up for 2/3 of the book.  What on earth is wrong with her??  But that leads us to the second chance. Can both of them grow and accept who they are yet keep their hearts attached.  

The ending was just spectacular!  Worth reading through all of Anna's issues to get to the final few chapters. Loved the secondary characters--especially Eric's dad. And what a wonderful premise! Everything starts with book club--of course it does. 

Great summer read.

Danica's husband died in the plane crash leaving her a single mom and having to juggle life and finances and a young active boy for the first time on her own. When Camden reconnects as part of the survivor group, she finally feels like she is doing the right thing. Camden had been friends before the crash and they naturally fall into that friendship again. 

Camden struggles with moving on with this best friends wife. The two together are magical. But Camden has his doubts. His angest flows through the story but the two are good friends and more regardless of that. 

Loved seeing him get his HEA. Loved seeing the other two survivors give him support on his journey as well.  Great hockey romance!
