This is another title in the Underworld Kings universe. It can be read as a stand alone but I guess some understanding of the world building is helpful. This is the 3rd book on these new releases that I have read.
This one centers on Constantine who is wrongfully in jail and his prison psychiatrist who also has ties to the DA's office. It is one twisted and dark ride but also so delightful when these two finally give in to their true feelings. I'm not sure how all that goes down. Not my relationship goals but for these two, in this world, what turns them on and binds them together works.
Quite a bit of dark mafia action in this one. Lots of blood for sure. Great addition to the stories in this world. Looking forward to more by these authors for sure.
