The Wilder Brothers from NYT Bestselling Author Carrie Ann Ryan continue with Elijah’s last chance at redemption and love.
I made plans. I followed the path. I fell in love.
Then the world took her away from me.
I swore to never love again, and I've done all I could to keep that vow.
But life finds a way and I can't stop this burning attraction with my best friend.
Maddie stood by me when my world shattered.
She deserves more than a broken man who promised to never love again.
Only I swear she feels the same way about me. And I have no idea what to do about it.
Now she might leave the Wilders and I can't tell her to stay—even if it means shattering the one piece of me I have left.
This fourth book in the series finally brings us Maddie's story. She has been pining for Elijah since the very first book. It was great to see everyone's feelings finally thrown into the wind for the world to see.
To protect her heart, Maddie feels she needs to move on from the Wilders. Little does she know, they want to promote her to partner and keep her forever. Can her heart stand it? Elijah doesnt want love again but she can see them together and happy.
I loved that they confessed so early on in the story. I liked watching them try to sort out what they were to each other and what they would be going forward. Loved Maddie's support system! Loved seeing all the brothers bond together.
Great addition to the series! Looking forward to East! He is going to be a hard nut to crack.
