Leif and Brooke are the perfect couple to kick o ff the series. Not only are they a second chance romance--10 years in the making, but we also get to meet several of the cousins that are sure to round out the rest of this series.
Very little angst in this one. Just two people trying to reconnect and see if the same spark is still there from their last time together. Add in an adorable child and this one had me eating up the whole story in one setting. Loved the genuine care these two had for each other even as they tried to work out their feelings. Looking forward to seeing the next couple--great epilogue!
