Oh come on!  I somehow thought the series was going to be about all the characters getting an HEA??  Nope.  Book two picks up right after where book 1 ends and Kora's story trope along with her three guys continues on to book 3 now. 

Huge cliffie again at the end of the book.  A bit confusing as to what is actually going on here.  Some little nuggets dropped but then  BAM! we get to the end and I was like  WHAT!  Where did that fit into the plot?  If anything, the author makes us want to read more because of all the unknown going on here. 

Kora and her guys are the real deal I think. But they aren't being totally honest with her either--at least Jace isn't.  He knows some of these secrets I think.  

This isn't a stand alone. Start with Thief and then move on.  I am waiting patiently for Kora to just kick everyone's butts and be done with this whole hot mess.  On to book 3.......
