You can just never go wrong with a Kristen Proby book. This continues the Seattle series with the O'Callaghan family. Maeve gets to see what an HEA will be like for her. What starts as a simple flirt at the bar, turns in to friendship and then romance.
Hunter is looking for a change for his daughter and a friend recommends the perfect island off the coast of Seattle. Little did he know his bar maid was also his realtor. Hunter is just perfect throughout this story. He is a single dad with a moody teen and he for once in his life wants to take care of his heart first and foremost.
Loved all the O'Callaghan bunch! We catch up with some familiar faces from the Seattle series as well. Really felt the pull between Hunter and Maeve. So happy for them both! Looking forward to hearing more of their story in Maggie's book.
Sweet read with very little drama--but when it comes, it's a doozy!
