I have read several books by this author an she is one of my favorites.  This one was a quick read and just ok for me.  It is a first love/second chance romance.  Great trope.  I LOVED Ethan.  He is a good guy. A good friend. A true support person for Livvy. 

I didn't like Livvy's parents. I didn't like the reason they parted ways.  And I really had a hard time connecting with Livvy.  She was so open with Ethan and then rather than own up to her feelings--for 10 years---she chose Beau.  I was head scratching at this point. But it ultimately brings Ethan back into her life. And being the good guy that he is, he lays his heart on the line for her. 

Some angst. Some flash back to teen years. A whole lot of heart on every page.

This next gen story takes us to Noah's story.  Noah and Ford a best friends, co-workers and have a complicated sometimes acted upon romance with each other. Greer co-owns the cafe in their little strip mall.  When Greer's life falls apart, the two men are more than happy to help her out.  

Close proximity has them all realizing they have feelings for each other.  It takes Noah a bit longer to voice them, but eventually, they all agree to give it a go. There are some suspicious things happening in the background but the bulk of the story is the blossoming romance with these 3. 

I loved seeing their families all supporting them. I loved the heart to heart Noah had with his dad.  Greer and Ford's brothers all deserve their own books I think.  Wonderful epilogue!  I can't wait to get Daisy's book.

I love a single parent romance. This one has a billionaire family or two in it which I don't usually gravitate towards.  Makes no difference because Noah and Liv are just awesome people.  It takes a minute but Noah gets her to let her guard down. 

Loved Noah's family. His siblings were just a perfect foil for him.  I loved that they embraced Liv no questions asked.  Great side characters and a bit of intrigue.  Liv and Noah were just perfect for each other.  Nice quick read but all the feels for this little family.
