This is the first part to a dark mafia duet. This author is in her wheel house with this one. A bit of a twist from her usual trope by making this MFM but oh what a ride this was! Lots more of the story to come but we get a great set up of characters. Amedeo and Bastian wanting revenge. Vittoria a chess piece in all the mafia world games.
I loved th intrigue and the bread crumbs of what might be going to happen. I admit still being tossed as to who did what. I like both male leads. It will be interesting to see if Vittoria chooses one or if she truly belongs to the both of them. Lots of chemistry between them all that no one wants to admit might mean there are feelings involved.
Cliffie ending but book two coming soon! Great start!
