This novella kicks off a new series by this author.  It really is just an intro.  We meet Lachlan and Saffron as they happen upon each other at a night club. They have chemistry and up together as the night progresses. 

I know this is just an intro but I kept feeling like I needed more of the story?  Maybe it was the world building. I felt like I was missing something about the world these characters were inhabiting.  

It was an ok read for me.  I don't know that I was intrigued enough by what was or wasn't happening to want to find out more.
