I liked Camille quite a bit. She is a hard worker and really doesn't care about anything but her family. It's when she tries to get her young brother out of a jamb that she gets thrown in with a world she has only sat on the fringes of all her life.
I also liked Nero as a character. He is the master mind for his family. A total gear head and sometimes the comic relief just to ease tension. The book reads like an action movie. So much going on. Car chases, undercover ops, meticulous planning for a heist. So many secrets with a lot of pride thrown in. Although Camille and Nero end up together, what I didn't get a good sense of was the chemistry between them. Yes they both like cars. Yes, they find out that they are up against the same bad guys. It just seemed happenstance that they kiss and then are like, ok lets be together. Weirdly, it doesn't detract from the story as long as you go in not expecting romance. For these two, it works.
I enjoyed seeing the whole family together again and catching up with Dante and Seb. I can't wait for their stories!
