I am generally not a fan of the reality TV trope but these two authors made me fall in love what this story. What a great twist to the Bachelor/Bachelorette type series. 

Allison agrees to help her TV producer sister out and goes to Aruba to hide an Ester Egg and hopefully find a match in whoever finds the egg.  What follows is a fun bit of frenemies to lovers.  Allie remembers her egg finder from high school and he was a bully.  Thankfully, she finally allows Hudson to explain himself. 

When they realize they have more in common than not, Allie starts to see Hudson in a new light. Her meddling sister also helps push things along with these two. 

Short sweet story.  Great humor and some super hot s3xy times with Allie and Hudson. Great addition to the series!

This is the 5th book of the series. We have heard of Malik all along. He was part of a mission gone wrong and held hostage for 5 month. Fans of the author's hockey series will also recognize Malik's pro hockey playing brothers. It's a great cross over read since we do see a fair bit of his family in this book. 

We have met Anna before as well. Her husband was killed in the mission gone wrong. She is a single mom to a sweet baby girl. Both characters have SOOOOO much baggage.  Can they find their way through the darkness in time to save their hearts?  With the help of their friends and family, there does seem to be reason to hope. 

This is a slow burn story. Friends to lovers. Lots of dealing with PTSD. The story is about the characters. We don't see as much about the Jameson group activities. There isn't really any suspense. These are two very real people trying to find validity in their world. The author brings us a story  of hope. And these days, that is honestly what we all can use.  

Take the emotional ride of healing with Malik and Anna. You will be rewarded greatly.

You never know what you are going to get with this author. She is full of surprises at every turn. Always willing to give the reader a mindf*ck along the way. This is part 2 of a duet and I guarantee that you will not see some of the twists coming. 

Mickey and Pike continue their dance trying to decide what they mean to each other. The book picks up right after the first one ends. Both want revenge but it takes a lot of talking and some s3xy times to get their heads screwed on straight. And even then, it takes a twist as to who helps ultimately to orchestrate the downfall of the Fourth Reich. 

Fans of the King series will love seeing some familiar faces. In fact, the scene with Pike and King is probably one of my favorite.  Loved how the story wrapped up. The ending was just perfect.  Best message EVER---The only way to eliminate hate is to LOVE.  <3 

My only nit pick, and this does not count against my rating at all--is that the ARC was in rough shape. It caused me to get out of my head space sometimes because there was such a jumble.  Just messed up my reading pace, not anything to do with the quality of the story.

This is the first in a spin off series about the Brady brothers. You are fine to pick this up as a stand alone. Fans of the author's Montgomery series will see some familiar faces in this book. 

Although the series is about a group of brothers at the outset, it really is about a group of women who decide to take control of their lonely lives and take a chance at love. The group makes a pact to set each other up so they can be happy. 

Cross is the perfect launch for this series. And the cover---yeah that is exactly how I pictured him! Cross and Hazel's meet cute is awesome. Their awkwardness is endearing and fresh. Hazel is wary because of events in her past. Cross is so kind and gentle with her. When they finally decide to work on a relationship together, the chemistry really takes off. 

The secondary characters support this book so much and make me want to jump right in to the next one. I am looking forward to reading more.
