Blog Tour & Review: Beautiful Mistake

The first time I met Caine West was in a bar.

He noticed me looking his way and mistakenly read my scowling as checking him out.

When he attempted to talk to me, I set him straight—telling him what I thought of his lying, cheating, egomaniacal ass.

Vi Keeland brings us yet another terrific story with stunning characters.  What starts out as an embarrassing mistake, turns into a chemistry that only comes along once in a lifetime.

There is a bit of taboo in this one as well--Professor and TA--but the author doesn't dwell on it and the characters don't seem to be overly concerned beyond a couple of mentions of improper conduct.  I loved the tension between these two.  A bit of push pull because Caine wanted to do the right thing.  Ultimately, that undeniable friendship budding turns their chemistry into an explosion of desire.

Both the lead characters have some layers to unravel.  We get some flash backs.  I love the supporting characters as well.  The advice from all of them about what true love is and what it means was just beautiful.   I could not have been happier that two people were able to bond so closely and make it over what seemed an impossible truth to have their forever HEA.
