This is the third book of the series and could be read as a stand alone. But the sibling teasing and the small town flavor will be so much more enjoyable if you have the history from the previous stories. 

This is Rowan's book. Self proclaimed never relationship man. Enemies to lovers with the neighboring farm.  So much fun to watch these two navigate their feelings. I honestly have not laughed out loud in a book for quite some time.  The banter between Charlotte and Rowan and between their friend group was priceless.  

Loved the ending and the epilogue.  Just baby sister left to find her HEA and I am all in on this family.

It's been a minute since I read this author. She doesn't disappoint in the single parent small town trope. This was a quick read for me but full of all the small town character that warms your heart reading this book. 

Chase needs a nanny. Between his father and Madison's parents, they get the two connected. Neither one wants or admits to wanting a relationship. Both have just left horrible ex's. But chemistry is powerful with these two. 

Soon they are boss with benefits and that  follows with hearts getting tangled. There is a little bit of tension near the end. Loved the boys and both Chase and Madison;s relationships with them.  I loved all the friends and the meddling parents. 

Great sweet read!  More to come in this series it looks like as well.

Expensive. Powerful. And entirely f’d up.

That sums up the pretentious – but elite – circle I grew up in. As much as I hate it, this life has its perks. If I want it, it’s mine. It’s as simple as that. Until she showed up; she’s a tempting little vixen I’m not allowed to have. 

One intense night changed it all between us, threatening to shatter everything we know. She came up with a lie. I came up with a cover. Because the truth is… I can’t keep my hands off her and one night would never be enough.  

I picked this book up because I love the authors. I'm not sure if I read the synopsis ahead or not.  I am not usually a fan of the student/teacher trope. That said, I could not get into this couple. There was lots of steam between the two. In fact the whole premise starts off with them getting busy somewhere they shouldn't have. 

I also felt like I was starting the story in the middle. I was playing catch up as to what was going on and who all the players were.  The couple just acted so indifferent to each other most of the time. I could not connect with them. 

Again, I do enjoy reading these authors. I am hoping this is just a one off for me.

What a wonderful addition to this spin off of the Ardnoch Estate series.  We have met Theo and Sarah in previous books.  This is their HEA.  

Both MC are in the entertainment industry. Sarah writes novels and Theo produces and writes for TV. Their personalities could not be more different. Admittedly, their first meeting did not go well.  But Theo has a change of heart. The two of them spend some time together away from the public eye. 

Friendship grows into something more.  As will all books in the series there is an underlying mystery/suspense. This one does as well.  We aren't on the estate much and don't see many of the familiar faces there. But that is ok.  We get another look at a whole new setting in Scotland. 

Great addition to the series. Well worth the read!
