I am so sad to see this series end!  Everything from the scenery to the intrigue to the meet cutes to all the characters has ben just a lovely way to spend time curled up with a good book.   We FINALLY get Eilidh's story and it couldn't be more lovely.

Fyfe has been her brother's best friend all her life and he has been the love in her heart for most of her adult life. He just doesn't know it. As an actress, she has been away from family for far too long. She is at the point of burnout and admitting that and coming home is a struggle.  Mostly because she will have to face Fyfe again. 

Great friends to lovers, brother's best friend story. Fyfe and Eilidh are soul mates and best friends. Their chemistry is off the charts! Even better is getting to see ALL the couples again from the series. Loved everything about this book. The author is fabulous and I can't wait to see what she brings us next.

This is the 3rd book of the series and could be read as a stand alone but there would be spoilers from the first books. This is Hana Mori's story. Baby sister of the empire. She runs the money side of things for her big brother, head of the Yakuza mafia. But she is keeping secrets. 

When her biggest nemesis and family business partner -heir to the Bratva, finds her out, she worries he will out her to the family. When he finds out she gets off on having her power taken from her during s3x, he holds all the cards. Their 'pretend" engagement doesn't last long. These two are hot for each other!  

Once again, great mafia story telling. The steamy scenes are not my kink so I tend to breeze through those. The author does give us a chance to see some trust building and friendship develop beyond just the two of them getting off.  

So very intrigued by Tak's story coming soon. The heroine looks to be very interesting!

The book gives us a better look at that first year of Liam being away from Josie and all she went through.

Fans of the series will love this intimate look and young Josie and her friends.

I admit that this is one of my least favorite tropes. The romance author falling in love is a bit on the nose for me. However, Ms Bennett rocked this one. I am totally out of the world of racing so each page turn had me wanting to learn more about the sport and about these two protentional partners. Posey was adorable. Just being her sweet self was enough to tame the bad boy Lex. Loved the side characters except for he shall not be named. As always--Woman Power! Loved seeing Brienne pop up from the author's hockey series. AND the next book will follow her racing team! Great start to a new series and for me anew sport. Ahhh!  I was not ready!  I was not prepared!  How did I not know this was the last book of the series!!! I can't tell you much more than you just need to read it.  Yes, Holland and Trey have one of those epic second chance romances.  BUT--be prepared for some heartache. 

Holland's past is full of pain. The Blackburns helped to heal some of that. And then she and Trey parted ways and she hasn't looked back.  Or has she?  Her heart still know what it wants and against her minds best intentions, her heart wins. 

Loved this series and this family. I would really love to see them all again in 5-10 years.  Where have they all landed?  

You will just need to read this one. Plan ahead for some tissues. Get ready for some great banter between Trey and Holland. Sit back for the ride.
