I love a good friends to lovers story. Add in the fabulous Montgomery family and this book is just about as good as it gets.
Paige is the baby of the family and always feels like she needs to stand out in the crowd. At the same time, she is stubborn and independent. When she finds out she is not only newly single but newly pregnant, she allows herself to wallow for a little bit before getting down to business. It's during her wallowing time that Lee finds and her and pledges to support her through the whole pregnancy.
The rest of the story is just a sweet read. Friends falling in love and admitting their feelings for each other. I was happy with that story line. There is a bit of drama and danger thrown in but honestly, I don't think the story needed it. Lee and Paige were already friends. It was just a matter of finding their groove together. Having the baby only solidified that relationship.
Lee is a perfect match for Paige. He was all in from the start and I loved that he was even willing to not share with Paige's brothers and his best friends. It was important to build that trust with Paige and he earned it.
Great addition to the series. Looking forward to the final story.
