This book is part of the Next Gen series by this author. Willow Mayson is Nico's daughter. She has had a series of bad relationships--well they just weren't for her. The guys are still her friends and have gone on to get engaged to someone else. She is looking for more but not sure what she needs.

Clay knows a good thing when he sees it. Willow will be a challenge but he seems up for it. My only issue with the book is it was missing some pizzazz. I don;t think we ever get the BOOM. Fans of the series will be looking for that moment and that phrase. I just didn't feel it with these two.

Very little angst. Seems like they have chemistry but not my favorite of the series.

This is the 6th book of the series. I have read the others but it has been awhile. You can read this as a stand alone but I felt a bit lost until about a 3rd of the way in. I recommend reading from the beginning and I should have done a re-read before jumping in to this one.

That said. Kit is so intriguing. I kn0w there was more to her than we find on the surface. Thank goodness Horus is on it and tries to figure out what is going on with her.

Great humor. Great romance. A bit of suspense. Overall a good read

I was intrigued by Amell the first time we met him in the previous books.  This is his story and what a story to tell.  What you thought you knew about hell is not even close to the real thing. As King of the Underworld, he has made a few changes.  When Nyssa lands at his feet for judgement, there is an instant connection. 

Can the King find love in hell?  Looks like these two have a bond that defies time.  Loved seeing the Gods get involved even if they aren't supposed to meddle.  Loved Nyssa's wit and her determination. As always with this series, the world building and mythology are top notch.  Lots of action a brilliant banter in this one! 

Great addition to the series!   Grab this one!  You will love Amell and Nyssa.

I love the Wilder brothers. Each one has some extra baggage but underneath it all is a heart of gold.  Everett's story is perhaps more heart breaking that the others so far. His time in the military has left him with residual brain damage.  Because of that, he can't remember Bethany and the fantastic time they had together before his deployment.

She is offended. But the truth comes out.  Now they just need to figure out how to be together again. The whole story was a bit predictable but a nice easy read all the same.  Not my favorite so far in the series. I was able to put this down and walk away a few times.  But the whole family dynamic, the closeness of the brothers and the resort itself all add to the character of the story. 

Great nuggets laid down for the next book.  This one looks like there may be quite the battle trying to get hearts to be open again.  I can;t wait for it to come out!
